Abiotic factors are those related to non living organisms. In a pond ecosystem the main abiotic factors will be:

Temperature
pH
Depth of water
Size of pond

There will be other abiotic factors which will have knock-on effects on other things. These could include:

The geographic location of the pond
The type of soil/rock upon which the pond is situated.
The amount of shade the pond has
The floating debris in the pond.
The presence of of artificial pollutants in the pond or nearby.
Noise/disturbance by outside elements.

All these abiotic factors influence not only each other, but they will inevitably infleunce the types of organisms found in the pond.
