it depends,
i have seen some most beautiful girls flirting with rich guys and also seen some girls flirting with good natured guys.
looks is the first thing that a girl sees.
money helps a little.
nature is the most important.
THESE ARE MY IDEAS,MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERYONE YOU SEE.
this thing i have understood that everyone is different.
everyone needs the thing that they like.
it might be any of the 3 you have mentioned.

Wel i surpose it's a bit of both but the first thing that attracts a girl 2 a boy is there personality! If that person is gud lookin dats a bonus but a girl does not care if he has money or not! Wel not really! Some girls r shallow!!! A guy wit a great personality is wats attracts a girl 2him in the first place!!!!!!
If a guy has the whole package looks, personality and money then hes the perfect man but theys no such man!

many will need at least some looks to be attracted. Some deviant girls will accept money and displays of wealth as proxies for looks.
most worth it girls will then stay because of the guy's personality ahead of money or looks. Of course all else being equal, money will tend to make things easier. As for looks, they tend to be the first thing that goes, and also they are the thing one gets used to the most easily - if you go out with a top model, after a couple weeks you will hardly notice anymore

As a girl I think most girls go for money, then for looks and only some go for it's nature...u should be careful, be sure of what the girl really wants from u... and follow ur heart.

His nature (personality) means the most to me, but there has to be a certain attraction there at first, which means that looks are somewhat important. Money is not as important...as long as he makes more money than me, I'm okay.

Nature is most important, then looks and money doesn't even come into it with me, i don't care if he has money or not, it's just a bonus if he has got some.

Everyone is giving a political correct answer to the question. Of course women look for a guy with looks or money, and they will settle with less if they can't attract the one they want. I will be honest looks does play a part with me, it's not everything..but it matters...anyone telling you that looks,money, status does not matter...is lying to himself or herself.

girls get attracted at first by looks obviously, but girls can forget about looks if they dont like the guy's personality.. it is not always the material background that impress women, it is the effort to share himself with her..
