Yes I do and my actions are to be more cautious of what I eat and include exercise and relaxation in my lifestyle.

I am not overweight but I feel like I am. I am 130lbs and 5'5", so I am healthy but I think that I look fat so I exercise about 5 times a week and eat fairly healthy

Yes, eating less and exercising more. Trust me it's not fun but I need to be much more healthy and feel better about how I look. I just started a week ago and I already can tell it's helping.

I think i am a little, so does the stats... however i recently began doing exercise. lots of walking, pilates, water, crunches, pushup etc. sadly im as lazy as all crap but within one week iv notice differences in myself. i dont eat badly i put on the weight after falling pregnant 3yrs ago and just never lost it.
