We've all seen it explicitly displayed in Dragonball Z, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the life energy flowing within all of us. Is it possible to manipulate this energy with you mind, or is this idea also fiction like Dragonball Z?

Yes there is life-energy in all of us. As one person has said, it is called Chi or Qi in China. That's "chi" as in "tai chi". The Celts in Britain called it cwy (I think pronounced 'coy' not 'coo-ee') before Christianity took power here. It is called prana in Sanskrit and generally in India. It is an inner energy that flows in the spine and is distributed from there through the seven chakras to all parts of the body. Its normal flow pattern can be reversed by specific meditation techniques known to yogis.
Life cannot exist without chi: its absence in a corpse is the real difference between life and death, the only one that can be relied on in an age when brains and hearts can be kept going by machines.

I don't really know. However there are those that can express this energy and i have felt it and knew it to be more than just their muscles doing the job. However the methods employed to express this energy is all technique. So if Ki or Chi actually exists you cannot find out as it might all be that this mad technique which goes against all forms of movement that you have ever learned in everyday use is more efficient.

Ki chi gi or just plain old energy ... yes we have it and yes it can be manipulated and used

It's known by several names.
Here in Korea it's called Gi. In China it's called Chi. And I guess wherever it is that you it's called Ki. But although I cannot prove conclusively that it exists, I am certain it does.

yes its real, it requires having your attention at a higher frequency.it can be manipulated but usually i juszt like to let it expand to give a 'sky-like' mind
