There are a few options, international working permits, a visa. Lots of information with non-profit groups already working in that area. You are probably familiar with the groups: Salvation Army, Red Cross, United Way, etc. Network with them to find other resoureces. Maybe one out of the UK or ideally, there should be some connections with your local and national NASW. Another resource is the NACSW--National Association of Christian Social Workers. They have many international connections and may be able to help at least connect you to folks who are in the region or nearby. Hope you find your way there!

talk to Social Workers who work in faridabad. talk to Social Work organizations/assocations/agencies there.
