Yup, as a kid I loved Captain, Mr Greenjeans, Moose & Bunny rabbit. What an awesome show! Also liked Romper room and a local show - The Captain Jinx Show. It was much like Kangaroo with two lead characters on a ship. Lots of skits, mayhem & fun learning.
As for Cartoons: Mighty Mouse, Roadrunner, Wacky Racers, Superfriends, Space Ghost, Jonny Quest, Jetsons, etc.

Im going to have to say either Fragelrock or Smurfs for my younger years, and then once I was a little older, either Ghostwriter or this other show on PBS that had different segments and MathNet was one of them. Loved that show!!! I think it was _____ One?
