I drink coffee in the am. and thru most of the afternoon, but then at night I HAVE to have my tea, black with half a teaspoon of sugar or honey if I have some in the house, abouy 2 or 3 cups. I guess its in my English blood!

Tea! Sweet with ice- the southern way. I prefer lipton. Hot or cold- we drink about a gallon a day!

Absolute favourite is red capucinno, it's made from rooibos tea, a unique tea made in South Africa, they have now refined the product to make an espresso with it, so the cupacinno comes out red, you put honey with it as a sweetner.

One big mug of regular coffee in the morning to get everything going/moving !
Then another of the same around 1:00 in the afternoon to make it through the rest of my day !
Only drink Folger's brand with half & half & one sweet & low.
