Honestly, you people should be ashamed of those answers!!
Did the doc notice that you tore there? was it stitched? if yes you really need to go back to the doc for an examination. Yes you will be embarrased but they have seen alot worse and can arrange for another stitch to be put in to reduce the size.
If it wasnt noticed at the time you still need to see someone and may be able to claim against the doc for malpractice.
Good luck with it! x

Some people should not give answers to something they know nothing about and to be so insensitive is too cruel for words
There should be nothing to be embarrassed about by going to see your GP. My advice is to seek medical help as soon as really even if its just to put your mind at rest. This is most important and probably nothing at all to worry about, but the longer you stew over it, the more likely you are to get depressed and blow it all out of proportion. Please go to your Gp or even a well woman clinic in your area.

You should be having your yearly exam very soon. Bring it up and they will ease your mind. I would also try the kegal exercises, they really work. They consist of: (Squeezing of the vagina and urethra muscles (not the anus) and holding and repeating a few times a day) Truly, if it is bothering you this much...please go to your doctor right away, they also have brochures on kegal exercises.

Do pelvic floor exercises. Squeeze in as if your are trying to stop pee from coming out and then let go. Do it again and again. Do this daily and there will be a positive change.

Which ever "hole" it may be, if your anatomy is different, to the point that it makes you uncomfortable or insecure, see a doctor, You have given birth, NOTHING SHOULD EMBARRASS YOU. Doctors have seen far worse, get over yourself and see the gyno.
