Of course not! How would we manage to carry on working with no food until tea time?! Besides, some people hardly have any breakfast. We are not robots, we need substance. Those who don't have lunch must be unhealthy wimps

It depends on the individual. Firstly they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so if you have breakfast that should keep you going well past lunchtime. I don't really do lunch but I nibble on fresh fruit and drink lots of herbal tea throughout the working day and then spoil myself with a good healthy meal when I go home.

I train so much that I hardly ever eat breakfast so breakfast is for wimps perhaps but lunch is for the real men who have to replenish after the morning's battles.
