you will have good soft hair only when you oil it once a week keep it overnight and wash it twice with a good shampoo like loreal frequent use shampoo(the light green bottle),or kerestese mirror shine shampoo or crystal clean cooling shampoo from keune(its the best).you should have more of protiens soy bean etc to keep your mane healthy

Shampoos don't make your hair soft, it cleanses your hair. Conditioners make your hair soft, think of it like lotion for you hair.
As for which you should use, you'll want to get on specific for your hair type.
