I've found an on-line dictionary entry for your word, "frission":
"a sizzling, sparkling synergy borne of mutual intent, talent, and vision."
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=frission

and I found this:
"Frission: is when the little hairs on the back of your neck stands, it affects the fight or flight part of your mind."

As far as I can tell from the Internet, "frission" seems to be used generally as some sort of intense, exciting sensation, or some sort of intense connection between two people.

This is nice, too:

the advice for "Brenda", almost in the middle of the page: She talks about the feelings you get when you fall in love... she says "that weird feeling whenever he smiles at you or look at you but the feeling isn't in any bad way... its called frission...", and "your heart does one of those flippy thing (frission) when he calls you or wave hand or any gesture or anything at all to you."

You probably know that "frission" is also the name of a font

And so finally, here is a poem someone wrote to describe what frission is to him:

and a photo someone thought somehow showed that feeling of frission:

First, let me redo your question in proper English:

What is "frission"?

It's frission, not fission or friction-- FRISSION. :D

Also, I'm only 9; what do you expect?

Now, to answer you... it's acually "frisson" that you mean I think and it's French. Meaning "goosebumps". When you're scared, cold, etc.

Hope I answered you!

P.S. Learn English and THEN try French!! Good luck.
