What else besides a burger are you eating? A burger alone won't make you gain weight.

You calorie consumption works on a 36 hour cycle, which means that if any time during that 36 hours you over eat you still have the rest of the cycle to make up for it.

If you were to eat a burger for every meal diring this time and you added fries and a shake, yes, you would gain weight but if during this time the rest of your meals (and snacks) were lower fat the one burger would not make much of a differance.

Look at your total calorie and fat intake, not just 1 item.

You must also look at any type of physical activity you had during this time. Have you taken a long brisk walk, played soccer or took a swim? These activities would burn up the calories.

No! You will actually loose weight, the reason being McDonald's burgers are so revolting you will spew your guts up and empty your stomach of all its contents, therefore making yourself lighter.

It is the fat wal mart women who order large diet coke with two supersize meals that gain weight at McD's. Those of us who stop in for a burger occasionally will have no problem. Fat Wal-Mart Women make me LOL.

It depends on what else you eat today and what exercise you get. Just eating it won't cause you to gain weight.

Yes, about a pound if you include fries and coke. Of course, it will all come out okay in the end.
