Excel Spreadsheet for Bowling Sheets?

I need to create a Standing Sheet for my mother in laws bowling league. I'm no good at spreadsheets. Can somebody help?

To create a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel:

1. Double-click on the Microsoft Excel icon.
2. Select New from the File Menu.
3. Create your spreadsheet.
4. Print out your spreadsheet.
