What does a guy really means if he keeps asking a gal if she will marry him and have baby? I and my boyfriend are kind of together for almost a year (it is a long-D), he always pops up this question, I usually just let it goes unanswered by saying I may think about it. I couldn't help but wonder if he really meant it. It seems to me it is way too fast.

If he keeps asking then he may really mean it. But if you are not prepared to, then you should not agree to him. Marriage is not just yes to a question. It bundle with lots of responsibilities to having a good and happy family. It is also a sacrifice of your personal belongings, time, etc.. However once you are prepared after knowing the hurdles behind it, your family will likely to be a happy one.
Just after one year usually is insufficient to have a good marriage. You may not even know him well -- can tell by your question here. Or is he just asking to have S**. Take your time to decide on a marriage. It is never too late to say yes if he really means it.

Does he have a job? With insurance? Has he held onto the job for a while?
Does he still live with his parents? Do you?
If he is employed and has been for a while, has a place to live and is over 17, it probably means he loves you. If he just wants to have a baby but is not thinking to all the responsibility involved, than he just want you to be his babymamma. Then you can end up on welfare so he can come visit you once a week.

You do not want to married this guy so you two should stop it and move on lets him find someone that really want to married him and have children with him and he can be happy ,
You looking for Mr.Right and I really hope you find him because in a way this man is not Mr. Right in your eyes and maybe he can really find Mrs.Right for him

well, if you guys are long distance, its a fun thing to look forward to or talk about in a light way...you wont know if you could marry him if you don't start to imagine it to see what it feels like and looks like. its rather a good sign if he's being thoughtful about it and is keeping the subject open and easy to talk about. if you want to keep it light, be funny and come up with some humorous names for your 12 kids. when you're really ready to talk about it...just talk about it.

a long-D is a very dangerous thing for you and him.
it takes lots of efforts to maintain the relationship.
if he is serious in proposing marriage to you, he would have gone to your place or at a place and propose marriage to you.
otherwise, he could be having sexual desires only and is a bit confused about his objectives.
