eat a bowl of porridge which can be sweetened with artificial sweetener or fruits and then once finished drink a full pint of water slowly. The water helps the porridge to expand more and will keep away the hunger until at least lunchtime ensuring no mid morning snacks. It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals and can be made with water instead of milk to keep the fat content down.

Its very important to eat a good breakfast as you are more likely to burn it off during the day. Cereal can be good too but stay away from high sugar cerals and full fat milk to stop the expanding waistline.

Breakfast: try to have lots of nutrients and fibers and fruits. Eat Cheerios, Raison Bran, whole, or whatever of that kind. Oatmeal is also excellent. And once a week, in case you like sizzling breakfasts, you would have like a 2 egg omelet with a bunch of veggies with a small slice of bread. Dinner: attempt to go half-vegatarian. Devour small parts of meats only three times a week. Consume plenty of veggies and steer clear of the bread and potatoes. Additionally, you must eat at the least 4-6 occasions considering consuming three tremendous foods isn't just right for you. Try making your meals smaller and have 2 snacks like fruits or even these 100 calorie packs.

The healthiest thing to eat for breakfast is a fruit salad with granola sprinkled on top and a nice, healthy Strawberry-Banana protein shake or smoothie.

This is what I was told to eat during my last pregnancy
2 oz of protein (2 eggs, or peanut butter)
2 pieces of bread
1 small apple, orange or banana or 1 small 6 oz of orange juice
basically breaks down to:
2 oz protein, 3 carb counts
2 fats (this means not much and they would prefer you not have it at all).

Then midmorning have a snack 2 carbs (1 large apple, orange, etc).

I read that people who start their day with an egg actually end up losing weight because they control their hunger better throughout the day.

Oatmeal and raisins. I buy the instand brown sugar and cinnamon and get those mini boxes of raisins. If you know anything about WW, that's 4 points, is very filling and keeps my until lunch without feeling deprived. And I never get bored with it but if you do, you can vary the flavors. Some of the others (like apple cinnamon) are only 2 pts plus the raisins makes it a 3 point breakfast and just as satisfying. And it is super easy to make at work with a little hot water and a microwave.

Remember that it is the sugar you put on the cereal which will increase your waistline. Maybe a lower calorie alternative is worth considering. It depends on what else you eat during the day but obviously fruit juice or a grapefruit will be good for you at breakfast; certainly a certain amount of cereal per day in your diet (if no bad reaction to such food) is recommended. It is supposed to be important to always eat within the first half hour of waking - maybe that simple adjustment, if required will help

Porridge is good, also cereal like plain cornflakes with natural low fat youghurt ad a bit of honey for flavor, or fresh fruit and youghurt is a nice option as well. I have plain cornflakes with skimmed milk and a fruit for breakfast a lot and it's worked for me.
