Developing a relationship with God and his son Jesus Christ. Talking to them as if they were with you in the room, going to them with your problems and your joys. Praying and allowing them to help you when you have tried all you can and they seem to be the last straw. Having faith always and following Gods laws he gave us through Jesus. Humility, Love, No Judgment, Praising God and telling people about the goodness of his kingdom. This is your spiritual growth, all of this and then trying not to sin.

Romans 12.2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good.

The best way to grow spiritually is just to start reading the Bible. I promise you, it seems so easy, but it's the truth. It's hard to get into it at first, but if you stay with it, before you know it, you'll be so enchanted by the stories, you'll want to read more and more. And your soul will begin getting nourishment from the words of encouragement found in the Bible. It will change your heart.

Spending time with God, in quiet listening or noisy worship or prayer.....asking for wisdom, and spiritual gifts, stepping out in faith and praying for the sick (I've seen many healings). Be willing to read the bible, every day is best but don't beat yourself up if you miss out sometimes, God looks at your heart not your reading record! Learn the promises of God and be able to quote them (when I'm afraid I remember that God has not given me a spirit of fear) that sort of thing. Pray for opportunities to share your faith with others, and ask for discernment in who is open to the message so you don't annoy people who aren't.
