Yeah, and there are 30 million just like him that will eventually cut our throats if we're not careful.
I'm tired of hearing this crapola about "America being the melting pot of the world", and "The US is made up of immigrants from all over the world!"
DIFFERENCE: Immigrants from long ago came to this country to become AMERICANS and a better way of life. They worked hard, learned the language, became positive, productive, and honest citizens.
and look what we have now...

Well, we like the country and most of the countrymen, but we don't like what they're doing in other countries. Basically, we don't like anyone who is in another country just to take advantage of their resources. As a foreigner to the US, I work a great deal to EARN money, thereby adding myself to the workforce whilst paying taxes and this and that. I am not here for FREE.
When I was in university, I paid a great deal more than a citizen of this country. It is a known fact that colleges and universities earn much more from international students than local students. My Economics Professor used to say that I did quite a bit to add to the GDP of the country, and I knew what he was talking about.
I like to stress that I have nothing against the people of America. I am an Asian Muslim.
Have a Good Night!

New York City is a legend. American people are stereotyped as big headed, ignornant and obnoxious. I understand that he would hate the stereotypical American. Also when they say hate what America represent, I understand it to be a dislike for the imperialistic politics and the we are better attitude.

"Immigrants in past centuries came here to become Americans, not to remain foreigners, much less to proclaim the rights of their homelands to reclaim American soil, as some of the Mexican activist groups have done.... Today, immigrant spokesmen promote grievances, not gratitude, much less patriotism.

They envy and at the same time despise what the U.S. is about they love our freedom but think that we are all cocky. But that's like saying all English people have horrible teeth. Its only a percentage of people and its also like saying that all French people smell its not true but its a stereotype.

It makes a lot of sense.
America is a fantastic country, it is however a crying shame it is full of Americans.
I wouldnt worry about it the French are the most annoying race in the world.
But I love England but I dont want to be here anymore because of the immigrants, does that make sense?

I agree with you. It makes them look like complete hypocrites, doesn't it?
Thomas P. is an arrogant jerk. I'm surprised he hasn't called you a hick. He calls everyone else a hick, without knowing the first thing about them, I might add. I find this typical of British people, which he is. Total arrogance.....
