There are many definitions of what the Church is called to do and be: this quesition is applied to the position that the Church is the only transforming agency wrought by the new birth filled with the Spirit to transform culture, to be the light of the world where ever she may be found.

Each one of us is part of the Church, and we need to keep being filled with God's Spirit, in order that we go forth in His power and might to a lost dark world.
Not wait for people to come into our churches, but to go out to them, and take Jesus to meet them where they at, at their point of need.
Take up our cross and follow Him, daily, to break the power of satan, by arising like a mighty army, against the powers of wickedness.

The "church" needs to become exctly what Christ said it is, A body of believers not a building where believers go to worship.
