yes im dying mine blue soon its such a cool colour, make sure she bleaches it well before putting the blue on though as the red in her hair will turn it a dodgy colour!

I'd not recommend this. It is likely that it will come out a very dingy brown colour and may even go slightly orangey. If she wants to have blue slices why not buy some temporary hair extensions and cut them to size? Alternatively she could go to a hair salon have some sections bleached and then dyed blue however it is not something I'd recommend all over or at home,

Sure, but use something that isn't permanent. Manic Panic is a good way to go, at least at first. They have a variety of blues to choose from, and if she uses one of the darker ones, there won't be a need to ruin her lovely ginger hair with bleach!

well coloring hair is a personal choice if ur friend wnts blu than she should have blue but put in a tempory color that washes out within 6 weeks a semmi permanent color would be best due to the fact that it will be easier to change colors in the future when u dont want the blue any more

Imagine as the roots start to grow out...
She should stay a red head and try highlights to accentuate her natural colour. Strawberry blonde ..lovely

If she has ginger hair now, green hair would look better on her than blue. Definately go for it.
