Yes, how can you leave it?? No matter what those terribly sensible people without spots say!! BUT be prepared for the huge, red, rhinoceros style result that may occur for at least a day afterwards, especially when you are trying to squint your eyes down the side of your nose to see how its doing!!

Why not try a hot compress? will draw the pus out without making a big ugly scar, also it will prevent infection cos most people who stand in the mirror picking zits dont even bother to wash their hands first, eeww
Just get a washcloth, dip it in a cup of very hot, but not boiling water and hold it on the spot, as the cloth cools dip in the water again and repeat as necassery
Oh and afterwards put some mild antibacterial stuff on it

I always shave off any zit that appears on my face, then alcohol it and rinse in water.
Been doing it since I was thirteen, now 36 and not a scar in sight, if you ignore the one caused by the ring on someones fist.

noooo!!! it will just make your zit worse and may give you infection. a home remedy for zits... try applying a dab of toothpaste on your zit and the toothpaste will help dry it out.

no becauseyou will only spread the infection,if you do dab some TCP on,or dab it on anyway as it will help,i've never bursted a spot i've just put on the tcp and it goes
