I'm serious about this, im tryrn to make a whole day eaten nuttin to see if get thinner and loose weight does that work ????

While you might lose a little weight in one day, by doing this your body is going to go into "starvation mode". It will begin to use fewer calories and work less efficiently because it will think that food is scarce. Now, the next time you eat, you body will store much more calories as fat to "save" because it doesn't know how much food is available.

It seems a contradiction, but you must eat to lose. It is all about making the right choices.

Your body goes into caveman mode, clings to every ounce for survival. The best way to lose weight in one day is to eat just protein, 2-4 ounces, every 2-3 hours, chicken is the best, just no skin, You will lose from 2-5 pounds in one day. Just make sure you dont have more then 10 grams of carbs the whole day.

Well here in Croatia we have popular diet called moon diet...it depends on moon movements and you can lose 2 kg...but you lose mostly water not fat, so...

nope. i think if you eat normal and do some exercise you'll lose more weight. don't punnish your self
