I sat outside watching a college football game Saturday night ... It's now early Tuesday morning and I'm debating wheter or not to leave to go to work ... I've got a horrible non-stop headache ... My nose is running like a faucet ... I feel tired constantly even though I just woke up ... But the main thing is I have the worst cough I have ever had ... And once I start coughing it will take me atleast ten minutes to quit, which makes my headache worse and my throat hurt even more ... Any ideas on what this might be? Thank you all very much for helping!

Don't go to work and spread your germs.

Stay in bed because you are so tired - your body needs it so it can recuperate. Do the regular stuff chicken soup, orange juice, throat spray/drops and OTC med like Dayquil. If your nasal or lung discharge becomes really thick and foul smelling and any color other than white or yellow - call your doctor.

Sounds like either a bad allergy attack,..or a sinus headache, or just the good old fashioned flu...if you are running a fever especially, go to the doc and get some antibiotics before it turns in to pneumonia or something..and at least you will rule out that it is a sinus attack or allergy..Feel better

Its sinusitis. The infection probably started in your nose but do to post nasal drip it went to your throat. ( the secretions from your nose into you mouth) Try taking steam inhalation and see your doctor to get some antibiotics like amoxycillin. Hope it helped

While your condition might just be a bad flu, there is need to do some medical checks with your Dr. just to be sure its not some other ailments. Early detection is the advice. Please see your doctor today. The possibilities include acute allergic reaction among others.

Judging from your previous questions you may need some help. Maybe you need to stay home and get some rest. Nobody cares to work with a sick person.

Better go to a doctor and have a medical exam done, you won't get anything done in this condition. I know, the same thing happened to me.
