I feel there is nothing like GOD-HUMAN-DEVIL. Infact these all are one and the same. Every human being is GOD, Human and Devil by their actions, thoughts, words and most importantly the control of the mind.

As per Hindu Mithology ....

Swami Sankaracharya has first preached the doctrines of adwaaitha (GOD and the human being being one and the same). He himself was tested by LORD Shiva by taking the form of shepeard who would be asked by Sri Sankaracharya to get out of his way and then Lord Shiva questions him as "Do you want me or the divinity in me to get out of the way?".

During the Treta Yuga (The reign of Lord Rama), people were segregated as Rakshasa, Devatas and Manavas based on their qualities and deeds. Lord Rama himself fought against the rakshasa King Ravana.

During Dwapara Yuga (The reign of Lord Krishna), the rakshasas have come in as brotherin. The Pandavas fought againt their own brotherin (Kauravas - Raksharas).

During Kaliyuga (The current Yuga in which we re living), Human beings themselves are rakshasas, manavas and GOD. If we exhibit and practise the qaulities of GOD - sacrifice, kindness, love and affection, forgiveness etc we rise to being divine. A mixture of both good and bad is what constitutes a human being! If one displays the qualities of inhumanity, rudeness, murder, vices etc he is attributed to be a devil.

What attributes would God have? Is He all powerful? Almighty? our Creator?

IF every human being is God, then why is there evil on this planet? Wars, rapists, child molestors, thieves, murderers...? I see God as loving and caring and good and kind. If humans are God then why would all these gods do all these awful things? If we are God I would think there would be world peace. Like Heaven on earth. And how could God and the devil dwell together in the same place, in a human body? A human is either good or bad but can't be good and bad at the same time.

Personally, if I had divinity in me I would be nice 24/7. I would not allow the Devil in me rule any characteristic of me. I see the Devil as a temptor, not a ruler and definitely not of divinity. Devil is pure evil, God is pure love and human is merely human, a subcreature of creation. I can't comprehend all three being in me. I see myself as a human. A physical mass of matter formed into this human form, this creature, this animal, this mammal. I pray to God to guidance. I don't pray to myself. I tell the devil to go away and stop tempting me. I don't tell myself to go away.

I've read little of the Hindu religion so I don't know much. I think it's a beautiful religion. Hindus are loving people. But like in any and all religions, there are good and there are bad humans. But I've never seen a human be loving and evil at the same time. So Hinduism isn't the true religion, for me.

nicely supposing there is one of those ingredient as a god or devil that are some thing like how they're portrayed in the abrahamic faiths, then no. The god of Abraham replaced into an all powerful deity that ought to kick your ***, Lucifer replaced into an angel that still ought to kick your ***. lack of existence is in basic terms the cessation of existence, i extremely desire you do not position self belief in a trick 'or take care of grim reaper be certain. And so a ways as i comprehend, no, no human being can overpower lack of existence. Entropy is inevitable.

Of course there is a God and Devil, I know this because I have witnessed God's influence on a roomful of people at one time. If we were individual Gods then everyone's experience would be different wouldn't it? The Devil can put thoughts into different people's minds and obstacles in their paths even when they are in different places.
There is a divine battle going on, the good news is that the Devil is already defeated, the only authority he has is that that we humans give him.

The Devil guards the truth on behalf of The Void, humans exist above The Void, and God exists above all.

Eh? Humans are real but God and the Devil do not exist at all.

Was this some kind of analagy? Because if so, I would counter that humans are much more complex than two competing instincts.

god in the biblical sense is a representation of most people's idea of power and goodness, which is basically within us all. satan is the symbol that we blame all the bad things on. humans should take responsibility for their ability to do both good and bad as it is something we are all born with, and not blame it on god or satan but only ourselves. its just a question of which do we choose to do more often, cos we can create or destroy at will...its in our nature and nooo...a fruit in the garden of eden isnt the cause...its a metaphor
