I would like to emigrate abroad (currently in England) to somewhere with decent weather, good standard of living, reasonabley cheap and good value for money and a good place to bring up children, preferably where English is spoken as one of the main languages. I am going in property development and management and this is also an important factor.
Any suggestions?

New Zealand or Australia sound like good options, and they are part of the commonwealth which makes them easier places to migrate to.
The obvious Spain/Protugal come to mind, that have excellent financial prospects in them, and as they are part of the EU, immigration is no issue.

You can also consider southern US (either west or east coast have relatively warm weather as long as you stick to the south), but then you have immigration to deal with.

I would always consider Vancouver in Canada, which has excellent comfortable weather most year round, and doesn’t suffer a direly cold winter, just about 100 days of rain. It has one of the best education systems in the world, and enjoys the great combination of some UK values and US comfort.
Money-wise it is relatively cheap to be and live in, Canadian dollar is a comfortable currency, strong enough not to deflate, and slightly cheaper than USD to keep costs of living rather low.

Have you ever considered the sunny island of Singapore?
English is very widely spoken, good standard of living and healthcare. If you love warm and sunny weather where the air is not dry this is the place. Very safe streets for everyone with low crime. Relatively good place for education up to GCE A levels, especially maths and science. Good place for families with children. Multi-racial and cultural country where all races live harmoniously together. Relatively open economy for businesses. Can use as a base to cheap and good short trips to south east asia for holidays.
What more do you want?

Building upon the previous response, careers in the built environment [such as yours, also including architects, planners, engineers, and so on] are in demand in Australia. Australia also meets your list of criteria.

Have you looked into visa options yet? You can review your options at:

You may qualify for a skilled visa. The Australia skills list or Skilled Occupations List (SOL) is used as part of the Australian points system for immigration. In order to qualify for skilled migration to Australia, you must nominate an occupation from the SOL. All occupations are given an ASCO Code (Australian Standard Classification of Occupations), a corresponding Assessing Authority and a Points total.

To see if you qualify, or to try a free online assessment, visit:

you do not have get entry to to them? What do you recommend? Are you by some skill certain via a restraining order? except you're, and in case you reside interior the U. S. (i don't be responsive to approximately everywhere else) then you certainly've get entry to to their college records, scientific records, et al. something concerning to your babies, you have a criminal suitable to, regardless of custody preparations. in case you probably did not be responsive to this and you probably did not workout your rights, it is your fault, not their mom's. besides, your toddler assistance will accrue notwithstanding in case you pass overseas or not. once you come back back and once you have an asset to attach, she would be in a position to attach it at any time until eventually the help is paid in finished. some states enable interest to accrue to boot. while you at the instant are not earning an income, then you certainly could desire to prepare on your state's toddler help Enforcement branch ( or like entity) and request a overview or request a overview interior the courtroom the place toddler help grew to become into arranged. In my state, if there's a metamorphosis in income it is 30% bigger or below it grew to become into while the order grew to become into entered into, then this is reviewed for loose. try this quickly, as a sparkling order heavily isn't retroactive and any help that grew to become into due as much as now, will proceed to be as such.

Dubai is the place to go. Property development is thriving there, and good opportunities. Is more developed the the UK and is still developing.
