what can be wrong with him?? he's not a fixed cat..

thats just one of those "spots" like on a dog, scratching in the right spot will make them thump their hind leg.... girl cats do it too. sometimes they turn and bite ya for it.

It's just a sensitive spot so it's normal for their tail to go up but if he's making a noise like he is in pain you might want to get him to the vet for a check up.

There are cheap options for fixing your cat. Contact your local humane society or shelters and ask them for a cheap clinic to fix your cat. They will gladly point you in the right direction. Male cats are ALOT cheaper to fix than females.. go do ti for the sake of your cats health!

it is like that spot that you can not get on your back, But someone get that spot for you, how does that make you feel, it goes the same way for cats, pet them in the right spot, they are your friend forever.
