I mean all possible words to be replaced by suggested word ....And that is to be done in one click. Not each word replace manually

I have 2000 version of Word from Small Business 2000 and the spell check is a seperate tool. It has to be loaded seperately.Later versions I have used on other computers have an auto correct feature which can be turned on and it auto corrects and highlights as you type.

I'm not sure I get u. Cause correcting spelling mistake is basic to a word processor now. So if you type a document in a text editor. You can just actually run it in word then cut and paste the text.

you would end up with something which isn't correct if you did this. People's names, places names, would be converted to the nearest word it could find. Wouldn't be a very good system.
