There are more obvious pieces eg "Also sprach Zarathustra" (2001), and to be cheesy you could always go for "Rocket Man" (Elton John), Flash (Queen): it all depends on whether you really are going into space or just getting stoned (try the Orb's Adventures LP if the latter).
Personally I'd go for "Magic Carpet Ride" by Steppenwolf....there is a Trek connection!
