Romania and Bulgaria are not looking to join, it is a fait accompli and they will join in 2007. Turkey would like to join but Britain is about the only country to support this. Turkey would become one of the two biggest countries in the EU and most of the current member states are already suffering 'enlargement fatigue' from the 10 who joined in 2004. It will be a long time before any other countries join after 2007.
