Yes it is possible not to eat sugar.

I don't eat sugar. I even check the label on everything I buy to make sure it contains no sugar.

Natural sugar is so easy to incorporate into your diet it's almost untrue. Fruit obviously contains enough natural sugar. All vegetables will add to your bloodsugar in one way or another. Wholegrains also assist your bloodsugar.

There is absolutely no need to eat sugar when fresh produce is readily available in every supermarket of the world.

I have been sugar free for about 6 years now and never felt or looked better (I know - it all comes down to vanity).

I do low carb and eat nothing processed. I have not eaten sugar willingly for 2 1/2 years. I drink my coffee plain.

If I by chance eat something with sugar my body clues me in quickly as I now become ill from it. I do however consume artifical sweeteners.

It is possible but not easy when you grow up on it. You start by cutting out one sugar thing at a time like soft drinks. Switch to water or diet. It is hard at first but eventually you will get use to it.

I use splenda or equal in my coffee. Taste close to the real thing.

I don't eat sugar any more either, unless it's naturally occuring like in fruits. Once you get used to it, your tastes change and sweetened things are TOO sweet.
