I don't think believers actually say it that way - a lot of them believe there's no free will in heaven - but however you slice it, you're right. It's all b*llocks...

We need to obey God now even though we are being tempted and are absence from Him.
In Heaven we will be able to obey Him in His presence with out being tempted by evil.
