Or rehydrate yourself with plenty of water, cranberry juice and apparently lots of mashed potato is good at helping the kidneys to filter themselves.
But yes, go to the docs!

I had same problem not long ago. If the pain is on your right side just a lil lower than ur belly button. Ur appendix is bout to burst, Mine was real fun at 2am

Get help; there are several things causing the same symptoms- one of them is diabetes, and that can kill if untreated, so get to a doc, like NOW!!!!!!!
