Also I am unable to remove them from Control Panel ( Add/remove Programs ) What could be the problem ? I use Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.

Adi find a Trojan remover. My friend had same problem and I advise him to use trojan. It worked fine after. No need to format your drive.

Install an antivirus programe first if its not working then take the backup of you files and format it. I had the same problem and I took the backup and reinstall whole thing.

Can you expand on that? ie. Which programs? Whats the exact error message you get?
