When i look across my office.. everything seems distant and fuzzy.. and i feel off balance as if i am going to fall. I sit in front of a PC and under bright strobe lights. I am healthy and have perfect vision after a test.. and the doctors cannot see what is wrong with me. I feel like this outside too in everyday life now.. is as if im drunk (merry) all the time. Can anyone help and suggest what it may be. It isnt my ears or blood wither and i drink plenty of water and eat fruit. Could there be something with my eyes that knowone is picking up.. as they are always droopy & tired.. as if iv just woke up. I, on anti-derpessants as the doctors think im depressed as i suffer from mild anxiousness.

Please some help/advise..

Mike.

I heard that it is probably from a fungal overgrowth in your belly (ie too much sugar and yeast) sugar and yeast create alcohol in your gut and thus causes a drunken feeling. This is probably very rare. You would typically feel depressed and tired and have achy bad feeling alot too if it were yeast as a problem.

I have the exact same problem.. You need to rest your eyes for a few days.. try a placing a wet cloth/thick folded tissue on your eyes and lie down. Dont look at any screen, TV.. Dont look at small details like your wrist watch or any small object (in other words, dont focus too much) for a week.
Visit your optician to make sure whether your glasses are UV protected.. if not, change your lenses to UV protected ones.. its only around 5 dollars more.
Continue drinking water and eating your fruits and don't forget carrots.. (one, once a day) and limit your sexual activity to nothing for a week.. you need that blood.

Problems with balance is usually an ear thing...the cochlear is responsible for balance and if that is out of whack, it would cause the symptoms you decribe. Look at the cases listed on the following site (towards the bottom) and see if anything seems like your symptoms match?

It could be from your anti-deppresent as that is a possible side effect. Ask your doctor if you can go off it for a week or so and see if it gets better.
