Well first of all my answer really depends on what kind of relationship(s), you are having. If you are monogomous, then I would suggest the two of you going together for STD testing, the lady getting on birth control, and then getting rid of the condom.
If you are not in a steady relationship and have multiple partners, then I would try a different brand of condoms. Protect yourself, if you don't then pleasure if going to be the least of your worries.

Try using lubrications if this doesn't help have sex without condoms and on point break, take out your penis and eject outside, throw you need to be in control and concentrate.
