I should say that I run a lot in a hot climate (Puerto Rico) so I need to replenish sodium but all of you are right about many people who need to watch how much sodium they take in.

great responses which we can try out. I think I will try green pepper also.

no, but i like it with green olives in it and sometimes i dump a little of liquid from the green olives into the v-8 and drink.

i drink v8 juice daily but no never tried it with garlic salt, i eat garlic every night with dinner
