If they have had full surgery then their original parts are gone. I'm sure some reconstruction can be done but usually they go through a lot of counselling, etc. before they make the final choice so they should be very sure.
There is no feeling "both". A penis is removed and a vagina is fashioned. There is is some feeling, I think.
Yes, I think they can live a normal life that doesn't involve pornography. Why couldn't they?
I'm sure there are a lot of reasons why someone would go through a permanent surgery. They must be very sure that they were born the wrong gender.

its a woman who has the characteristics of men..and yes there are medicines that are available for such people to completely change into a woman or into a man.they definatley can live a normal life.but normally due to ill fate they are not accepted into this harsh society. and unfortunatley due to unemployment they are forced into prostitution and acting in porno movies.

they are naturally born that way, which sucks. It's up to them to have surgery and pick a sex, i guess. Yes, they can live a normal life, as long as they don't show their peepee to others.
