You first of all need to clear your name in court and then go to the family court about access to your child, you may need to be supervised whilst you have access at first but at least you get to see your child.
You also need to make sure that you don't talk directly to the mother or at least make sure that there is a witness/mediator, mothers will do anything to protect their young even if it means lying.

Hi, although I don't know how to help you, I could tell you jokes to help you feel better. The jokes goes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!

Is the risk of not seeing your child, or spending time in jail worth it to pretect someone who did the wrong thing. If you insist on protecting someone and taking the wrap, then I suggest you get yourself a good lawyer.

1st, i would take GCSE english at night school for help with my punctuation. I mean that drivel is barely understandable.
The easiest thing to do is take legal action, the police wont help you.
go and speak to a clark of court, tell him your not being allowed to see your child, get a court date, wait and see what happens, when they get served..

See a solicitor and go to court to have your rights protected.
See if you can sue the person who made the allegations for defamation of character, slander (or is it libel?) and for generally wrecking your life.

Seek legal advice. There are plenty of free legal centres around also you could try the citizens advice bureau.
The sooner you seek advice the better
