I'm trying to make sushi, but I'm not quite sure of the proper name for the orange pebbles that are around it. You guys probably know. Thanks!

Tobiko (flying fish roe). Roe is fish eggs;

fish eggs, usually if they are large they are salmon roe, if smaller then just some cheap caviar. You can buy it in jars in lots of supermarkets but its quite dear if your buying the salmon roe, yummy though!

They are pretty similar to caviar. Just a different color.
