download HijackThis, install and scan your computer. This software will remove all the spyware, toolbars including MyWebBar. This will solve your problem

rundll.exe could be a process which belongs to the . This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

It sounds like you downloaded a web tool bar which was infested with viruses/spyware/or adware, and ran an anti- virus/spyware/ or adware program, which deleted only the infected files- leaving a unstabilized program on your computer. Delete the MYWEB bar and the problem should resolve, otherwise use the System Restore at a point before this began happening.

If your computer won't load to the desktop, push F10 when it is loading to get to system recovery. It will delete any new programs, but otherwise keep all information on your computer.

use regcleaner. run it and click on startup tab
find an extry called RUNDLL32.EXE C:/PROGRA-1/MYWEBS-1/bar/1.bin

and check it off and click remove.
quit regcleaner and delete it - youll do more harm than good if you mess around with it.

Is it a legit program? Try to boot in safe mode. If it boots then try do a virus scan. If nothing is wrong then it must be something you had changed or installed or done when you last turned on your computer...

clear your temporary files and also temp files folder but before deleting them close all your applications.
