The oatabix is probably better because oats are very good for your heart and circulatory system for lowering cholesterol, which is probably why they are tapping into that market.

On a nutritional level oatbix, oatbix is just like weetabix but with oats extra dietary requirements

There's nothing in it nutritionally, except that oats have soluble fibre, which wheat doesn't, and this is supposed to be good for controlling cholesterol, hence the claim "good for your heart".

they are boath just as good for you but i would say weat is better than oats.
