That isn't enough information to diagnose a psychiatric state or defect. He might just be a sane drug dealer/thief. They are all over the place.

jerry unfortunatly sounds like he got in with the wrong crowd although he may be making big bucks now he is hurting other people possible children by selling this stuff. not only will he eventually ruin his livfe he will bring others down with him. he needs to be stopped you could turn him in anomymously and get him the help he need plus by doing this help a child out by having one less pusher on the street. take care

Not necessarily abnormal behavior, but definitely negative. Sounds like this Jerry fellow has been conditioned to believe that it perfectly fine to maintain such a lifestyle, what he needs is a good friend to help him change his perspective. Negative behaviors produce negative consequences and it seems like unfortunately he hasn't had to experience that yet. Help him before it is too late.
