"Islamo fascists" is a pejorative term invented to demonise radical fundamentalist Muslims. It is a meaningless term that encourages fear. Fear is very useful for the maintenance of power, so there is no rational discussion about the threat of terrorism and the best way of dealing with the threat.

Fascism (from dictionary.com): a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

That stated goal of al-Qaida is to create a new Islamic caliphate to rule the world in the style of the Taliban.

The term "Islamic fascist" is entirely appropriate.

The Nazi-like thinking that is exhibited by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
and so many other like-minded Muslims.

Actually, the word "Islamo-Fascist" has been around for at least 3 years.

This will define it for you:

Fascism is bundle of attitudes and ideas which allow humans to exercise a tremendous amount of hatred and political violence. It's dangerous and it must be stopped before it is allowed to spread too far.
