Would you accept the notion that in this very humongus cosmos, there is most likely a being so advanced that he might appear to be God like. What if!!!that were so?You are smart enuf not to fall down an whorship him,you would only hope to just get his respect so he would show you what he has learned in all his knowledge, wisdom, etc;Even if he wanted nothing to do with us.Logic suggest he would relate to us.

I think parents feel a responsibility to educate their children about their religion because it's what they believe is right. Everyone does what they believe is right for their children, religion or otherwise. Parents should also try to educate their children to think for themselves as they get older, and because kids DO grow up and end up having their own opinions, I don't see any harm in parents teaching their kids what they think is right. I have a friend who was raised as Christian, and now practices paganism. Her parents efforts to teach her about Christianity weren't bad, and have in no way made her life harder.

And this is why we have the responsibility to grow up and examine our beliefs for ourselves. This isn't the parents' fault at all. It's the fault of people who refuse to think critically.
