Well, if you don't mind, I choose to interpret your question as philosophical rather than psychological. That is, "I have a dream," in the conscious sense.

There's a store across the road from where I live that has been empty for some time. I dream (awake; not yet while asleep) of turning it into a bookstore. Imagine: Boulder Creek, a cozy, funky little town in the Santa Cruz Mountains. We get enough traffic and tourists in the summer that we can support whatever store is well run and open well into the evening, to catch commuters as they get home. And there are book lovers in these hills, my dear, there really are.

I will sell mostly used books, and new books only from certain publishers. Dover, certainly; they publish all those cool old things that are beyond copyright protection. They also specialize in how to do it for hobbyists and even for householders, though most of the latter is historical. Jones Press and Hobby House Press for collectors and hobbyists, and probably Sunset Publications, as well. Then Samuel Weiser and a few others in the Tarot, Tantra, Kabbala, and spiritual development categories.

And, of course, Harry Potter. A big specialty for me is old children's books. Louisa May Alcott, L M Montgomery, Frances Burnett Hodgson: all those old writers who assumed a child could read for himself any story with a main character the same age, but who wrote stories it is delightful for parents and grandparents to read to younger children. J K Rowling is the ONLY one who writes that good nowadays, and she has her own unique style. You really cannot compare her to anyone past Lewis Carroll and JRR Tolkien, and she's not very like either one. Certain flavors are similar.

Anyway, imagine running a bookstore that only sells the books I think are worth reading? What a trip!

I had a strange one the other day.

I had a dream that I was trying to kill Nina Meyers. You know, the girl who was on the first season of 24. I was choking her, but she wouldn't die... No matter how hard I tried. At one point I was even putting the full weight of my body on her neck with my knee.

I gave up, and we became friends sorta. And then we were leaving a department store together, and for some reason my family was there too.

I've also had a few prophetic dreams. Once, almost a year ago, I had a dream that a vase in our house would break, and sure enough it did. Also, during recent world cup, I had a dream the night before the game between Germany and Italy of the goal that would clench the victory for Italy. I'm not kidding. I even told my family before the game started that I dreamt the goal would be in the top right corner of the net. And it turned out that THAT was what happened. After the first goal by italy, my family thought I was wrong, but at the end of the game, the goal I predicted came. I gave them all an, "I told you so."

I have reoccuring dreams where I am in what I am lead to believe is an apocalypse type situation. Huge natural disasters on a global scale.

I somehow survived because I fled to the mountains before hand and I am having visions in my dream of what is happening to people. It is really ****** up and I wake up in a deep sweat pool every time it happens. I have lost count to how many times ive had the dream, but it is the SAME EXACT thing over and over.

When I leave the mountains everything is demolished and burned and I cannot even recognize it.

I couldn't type out my dreams here. They're too private anyway and not to be shared here . I used to be a dreamcatcher..... I still like to think it's possible but with each passing day, it fades more and more.I tend to think that I am delusional but I really know I'm not. Just on my own.......peace & love

One day, I walked around my grandfather house. When I walk, I saw my grand father's grave. His grave is full of light too bright. I couldn't see it. And I ran to nearby house. I knock My grandfather's friend's house. "Open" hey say. I want to open but wait, he already died last year because his son killed him because take too many drugs. I feel too scary that day.
