Spotted owl tastes a bit more like bengal tiger than chicken, and bald eagle tastes like panda. So as panda tastes more like chicken than bengal tiger, I'd have to say bald eagle

Chicken, spotted owl or bald eagle are all birds. The differences of the food they eat makes big differences in the tastes of their meat I suggest. Perhaps the way of cooking will make all of them to taste almost the same. However, based on the fact that both spotted owl or bald eagle are protected as endangered species plus the fact that their meats are not commonly eaten, would you think there would be curious people like you who will eat them just to compare the tastes? Hey,please forget about them. We do have sufficient chicken meat anyway which you will enjoy anytime.

I do believe both would taste rather "gamey", living on a diet of rodents and other birds. Most animals we chose to eat aren't carnivores.

I really could not care less what they taste like, as I do not think they should be eaten, I expect in some places they are eaten, but I do not have to agree with it happening.
