I know there are 200+ but was unaware how they are found. I would think Talmud as it goes over the law in detail. I have not completed the Torah but have not seen much on all the laws. Does Talmud go hand to hand with Torah?

there are 613 mitvot (commandments). i dont know if anybody has ever counted possible sins, but of course breaking the mitvot would be sins.

talmud does go hand in hand with torah... judaism believes that g-d gave moses the oral torah explaining the written torah at sinai... the oral torah was passed down by word of mouth. the talmud is much of the oral torah written down in ancient times because people were beginning to forget. it is the legal part, kabbalah is also part of oral torah, the mystical part.

There are 613 laws in the Tenakh...If they are broken then I guess that would be would be considered a sin.

The Talmud actually does not go hand in hand with the Torah or rest of the Tenakh as only the Torah and the rest of the Tenakh are divinely inspired by the Ruach HaQodesh (Holy Spirit) of Adonai (God) Himself.

The Talmud comes only from the rabbis and is not of God.
