Is this what happens ....or are males just not wanting anything to do with their kids once they are not still with the mother?

I suspect it could be a little of both. Most men are weak and will do whatever a woman says if she is giving him what he wants in the bedroom. So, if the new woman is a shallow ***** and she tells him to cut ties, then often times he will.

I would have to agree that if a man will let some woman influence whether or not he will take care of his kids is not much of a man. If she tells him not to take care of his kids and he did anyway, I would worry about my kids being around her. There's no telling how she would treat them if she didn't want him to take care of them in the first place. If I were single and dating a man with kids from an ex, I could never see myself telling him not to have contact with his kids, even if I didn't like the ex. Those kids never did anything to her, so I don't see why she should even suggest that he stay away from them.

It may be that he wasn't going to take care of them once he wasn't with the mother, but usually if they took care of the kids while they were with the mother, they do after they split. It just depends.

What do you mean by "males." I'm a male and I don't have a new girlfriend or kids from a previous ex. Maybe "women" should stop having kids with such idotic "males."

Some girls (they aren't mature enough to be women) are insecure with 'their man' having kids with somebody else. They probably don't express it verbally as in "you shouldn't spend time with your kids". It's probably more subtle like "baby i want to spend all my time with you and if you love me you'll want to do it too".

Guys who fall for this crap are weakminded fools and their kids are likely better off without them. Get them a good stable male role model who isn't stupid. :) Real MEN will tell their new gf to chill and that they have responsibilities and love their children and even if they're not with 'mama' they want their kids to know them well.

Sadly, many fathers in the current generation are not real men and don't want to be.

A man who won't take care of his kids because his current girlfriend tells him not to is a man who wouldn't take care of his kids anyways. Any good man who takes care of his kids would do it no matter what.

uh that sounds like one particular girl you're talking about. I don't know any sane or good woman that would suggest that. If this is about you, then your ex's new lady sounds like a selfish b****.

So the answer to your question is, no. Males don't listen to new girlfriends about dumping their children, unless they are completely classless and stupid.

Exactly, IF hes a REAL MAN he will take care of his kids no matter what. If any person influences him that hes not a real man and is pathetic in my book.
