Not sure what city you're in - but if you're really interested you can do a little checking and find someone genuine. If you want to learn Torah, Tanakh and Talmud, I would check your local area for Temples that have classes. Go further and see if you can find any events they hold or rabbis (teachers) they have who are into the genuine teachings and not spin.
If possible, see if any rabbis or Temples teach kabbalah (not the kabbalah center franchise), and those are the rabbis you would most want to pursue to teach you. They are surprisingly willing to talk to/teach those sincerely interested.
All of what they tell you will involve studying yourself because personal practice is the only way on the path you seek - but it helps to have guides. Your sincerity will be the barometer of your relationship with such rebbis.
Also, important to work off of accurate translations of the original hebrew, aramaic, chaldean and greek translations. The Words matter. Go for the source, not an updated 'translation'.
As the Master Yeshua Messiah said, "Knock and the door shall be opened. Seek and you shall find."
Pursue this, and YHVH's Blessings to You.

I recommend try understanding the Torah and the rest of the Tenakh own your own...

I have had experiences with rabbis who have lied to me about things in the Torah and rest of the Tenakh...

So, I am biased in answering your question, okay.

You should develop your own understanding.
