Why not? Make sure to send a cover letter and or resume (even with an application) If you can, use thicker paper for them ... it could make the difference when mixed with 100s of others

Sure do go ahead with mailing ur job application letter. But if ur trying to apply for an IT organization, in order to just impress them a bit, use simple HTML in ur mail e.g. u can display a hyperlink to ur email address which they can use to inform u that u have been selected for the interview. This saves time on the part of the organization as it doesnt need to go through the normal mailing procedures as they might have received hundreds of application letters. It also kind of impresses those people too.

Your question is, unclear. If your question is. weather, we can send a Job Application, by e-mail. Well, there is nothing wrong and most of the company's welcome it. Even, if they require your photos, it can be pasted on your resume or forwarded, separately. Unless, specifically, told, not to send, by e-mail or e-mail address not given, in there vacancy ad., you can mail your job application.
