The trinity is not a reality. It is a pagan belief that the catholic 'church' has tried to foist on people and it just doesn't fly.
This is how it is in the Bible.
Jehovah is God, the supreme creator of everything. and the sovereign of the universe.
Jesus Christ, aka , Micheal, is his first Creation and therefore has a special place in Jehovah's heart and is thus known as his 'firstborn' or his first Son.
This spirit is not God himself but a force that God sends forth, or uses, to accomplish whatever he wishes. By means of it, God created the physical heavens, the earth, and all living things. (Genesis 1:2; Psalm 33:6) His spirit is called holy spirit. God used his holy spirit to inspire the men who wrote the Bible. (2 Peter 1:20, 21) Hence, the holy spirit is the invisible active force that God uses to fulfill his purposes.
So see? God isn't schitzophrenic or has MPD or anything! LOL He, his son and the holy spirit are 3 distinctly different being and totally separate from each other. So, now do you understand? Is it alittle clearer to you now?
Don't let the players get you down. The trinity is a farce and you DON"T have to take things like that on 'faith' !! If it can't be explained, don't believe it!!

If God could be explained away He wouldnt be God...would He?
The Holy Spirit is IN God and Jesus is man AND God.
Think of Jesus as a human shell with God inside...yes, Jesus can be man and God.
If the Holy spirit is in God and God was in Jesus and the human shell of Jesus ascended to heaven...God has the power to leave within us humans the Holy Spirit. Jesus said He would.
I believe The Holy Spirit comes in the form of a conscience.

God is LOVE, right? All those good traits of forgiveness and acceptance that he has? That's what he is, and that's what jesus and the holy spirit are. We have the capacity to love and to treat others well. You're making it overly complicated. Just imitate god and jesus and be happy.

Just as an egg has 3 parts, the shell, the egg white and the yolk, so God is Himself, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. WE do not have the ability to BE God but do however have the strength of His power in us.

As far as being a mere human and having the capacity to have God and Jesus in them, The Bible teaches that we were made in the image of God. Most people believe this to be a physical property, but I believe that in fact it is the soul or spirit within each and every one of us that is the image of God.
For in order to be made in the image of God; God not being limited to being physical, so it makes sense that the image of God would be that of Spirit.

Think of it like this Jesus and god the holyspirit are all positive things. If I was 2 tell you that I had Jesus in me or with me it just means I feel I am saved. It means you wont have any problems cuz jesus has you covered...your saved. you should read a bible 2 get a better understanding

Read some of Pagels' works
Read some Gnostic writings...like the Nag Hammadi
Remember...all you need for "faith" is to believe
if you want logical, rational, empirical proof...you're in the wrong arena....you can read more and refine your understanding of what your "faith" entails...or you can choose not to believe but you can't have faith and logic to be equal factors...
